When a retired school teacher looking for a hobby and well-established fishermen in Charleston get together, a boat is built. "He said he just bought some plans and he showed them to me, and they were exactly the kind of boat I was looking for," said Bill Lucero, an owner of the Michelle Marie Fishing Vessel.
