Description

First, my thanks to www.antiquefishinglures.com in the “History of South Bend Bass-OReno” for providing the clear data to identify this as a “Version 7” lure made 1927-1930. Several features affirm the date: a) unpainted cups (1915-1933). b) glass eyes shaded around entire eye (1927-1930) c) no stenciled name on head which started in 1931. Lastly literature in box is for their promotional booklet (circa 1930). Lure and box is in excellent shape as one can see from close ups
